Our Story
Built by Sailors,
For Sailors
Founded in 1969 by the Gougeon Brothers, who understood exactly what high-performance composite structures demanded. Employee-owned and family run ever since, West System remains the choice of boatbuilders who need results they can trust. That heritage still shapes how the company develops and tests every formula today.
